Love Yourself Before You Love Others
Eventually, I just got tired of society telling me what’s right and what’s wrong for my body.
I got tired of listening to what’s appropriate to wear and what’s not appropriate to wear.
I got tired of following food rules that eroded my ability to make my own informed, intuitive decisions.
I got tired of showing up for workouts that didn’t feel joyful.
I got tired of pretending like getting to know my own body sexually was forbidden, taboo, shameful.
I got tired of worrying about my appearance when I go to the beach and when I have sex.
I got tired of subscribing to the narrative that tells us our worth is contingent upon the way we look.
I got tired of thinking I need to be as small as possible to be loved.
I got tired of molding myself into something I was told to be.
Eventually, I got so tired, I said, “Fuck it. I’m making my own rules.” And now, I help others do the same.

Full, bold embodiment is such a rare thing in a culture hell-bent on separating us from our truths.
Shifting your relationship with your body is not about what you say to yourself when you look in the mirror– it’s about all the ways you show up to live your life exactly as you please.
If you are struggling with how you feel in your body and feel like everyone else has moved on– you are not at all alone.
Stretching can make me feel amazing and sometimes I go through the motions because it makes such a difference in how I feel overall.
Better sex, clearer desires, more playfulness, “feel good” exercise habits, ease in relationships to food, these are some of the outcomes people report coming out of my coaching program.
