You aren’t out here trying to Slim Fast — Step Aerobics — your way to any “ideal” the way our mothers and their mothers might have taught us to.

There are a few packages available that start at $299 per month. We'll figure out which is best for you and explore payment plans if needed.

Our coaching program runs for a minimum of 4 months, and many clients choose to continue for 6-12 months. I strongly believe in taking the time to do things right. I don’t operate like most coaches who rush the process, I prioritize building sustainable, long-term habits and changes.

Here is where we ditch the meal plans, because let's be honest, we know how that story goes. Instead, we focus on cultivating a more intuitive relationship with food, while providing the guidance and structure you need to succeed.
I get it - breaking free from diet culture and embracing intuitive eating can feel daunting. That's why you'll have a flexible framework of loose structure, practical guidelines, and habit-building practices to support you as you tune into your body's needs and preferences.

Nope! The workouts are customized to your preference. However, it is required to at least have a set of weights if you so choose to workout from home.

For just $99, you'll get access to all the resources, three months of workouts, and entry to our private Facebook community. All you have to do is apply to the program letting me know you're interested in this option and share your fitness level, goals, and whether you prefer working out at home or at the gym, and we'll take it from there.

Hi, I'm Devon. Some call me Dev, others call me the Fitness Dom—call me whatever strikes your fancy. I'm a trauma-informed coach who specializes in health & wellness, body image, and energy healing with nearly a decade of experience.
After months—years, really—of struggling with my diet, trying every exercise routine on the planet, and using negative self-talk as my primary form of motivation, I came to a realization.
There was nothing wrong with me...but there was something wrong with the approach I was following.
Now, let me just say this: as a coach with years of experience, I'll tell you straight out that there's no single "right way" to approach fitness or take care of your body...but there are A LOT of wrong ways. And I was using most of them.
It took me a long time to see it, but most fitness and nutrition programs are NOT about long-term changes, and they certainly aren't about trusting ourselves, or our body's. They're about radical alterations for short term gain.
But, eventually, I realized something. All of these crazy plans may be different from one another, but at the core, they all have ONE thing in common: they're sold to us by targeting our insecurities and making us feel badly. It is my absolute mission in life to help as many women break out of the toxic traditional fitness & diet approaches. To free themselves, just like I did, and show them another way; to give them the option to be happy now.
Bad women don’t listen to the rules, they listen to themselves—and that is the foundation of what I do for the women who join me in this program.
