No More Lone Wolves: Thrive in Your Bad Bitch Era with the Right Support
Maybe your bad bitch era is all about getting support.
Stay with me here. This old bs about I-N-D-E-P-E-N-D-E-N-T women was fun to sing about but it also leaves us figuring out everything on our own. It glorifies isolation and doesn’t allow for the connection, community and support that will have us out here feeling glorious af.
If that narrative is going to shift, it’s going to have to come from us. Deciding that, “No, I don’t have to be reliant on codependent relationships to take care of myself of know my value,” BUT ALSO I deserve to be surrounded by people who share my values, lift me up and support me in the areas I am seeking growth.
A bad bitch knows support is imperative
A bad bitch knows she deserves support
A bad bitch gets herself what she deserves
If you are looking to walk into your bad bitch era with actual *sustainable, healthy, actionable* plans for how you are going to show up in and for your body this year—I’d love to offer you the supportive container that will get you there.
The EmpowerHER coaching container 1:1 support to improve your relationship with food, movement, your body and self.
Don’t let the paradigms we grew up with about independence make you an island. Or trick yourself into thinking that with enough “willpower” you are going to find your way to the bad bitch era you’ve been dreaming up. It’s your time. And bad bitches do it in community and with support.
Try this workout if you don’t have to have a lot of time to workout, despite the fitness industry demanding to get an hour in.
Full, bold embodiment is such a rare thing in a culture hell-bent on separating us from our truths.
Shifting your relationship with your body is not about what you say to yourself when you look in the mirror– it’s about all the ways you show up to live your life exactly as you please.
If you are struggling with how you feel in your body and feel like everyone else has moved on– you are not at all alone.
Stretching can make me feel amazing and sometimes I go through the motions because it makes such a difference in how I feel overall.
Better sex, clearer desires, more playfulness, “feel good” exercise habits, ease in relationships to food, these are some of the outcomes people report coming out of my coaching program.
Have you ever seen a woman so strikingly self assured, she isn't afraid to ask for what she wants?
Movement gets to be uniquely yours, and when you come to work with me—we discover what that looks like for you.
