Body Image Coaching for Better Sex, Clearer Desires, and More Adventure

Better sex, clearer desires, more playfulness, relaxed jaws, “feel good” exercise habits, ease in relationships to food, more adventure, more confidence, more speaking up and saying wtf they actually mean… these are some of the outcomes people report coming out of my coaching program. To say that we work on body image in EmpowerHER is such an under representation of what happens in this space.

This is the piece I think people really miss when they think about “body image.” They treat it like it lives in a vacuum. Like it’s just standing in the mirror and mustering up some words about being pretty or writing affirmations to stick on the wall. And while I’m here for any and all ways you choose to affirm yourself, this work is less about “feeling pretty” and more about all the things we open ourselves up to when “feeling pretty” or not isn’t the top of our list at all.

And if we really dig into it, this is probably a result of patriarchal bs that reduces everything about being a woman to our appearance and then trivializes the ways that shows up like a wrecking ball to our mental health and self concept. But I’d rather dig into every single way I can help you find ease and pleasure and play in your body. Because the best way I can see to combat all of those old narratives is to be a part of the ever growing group of humans living their lives in opposition to all of that.

Your insistence on exploring yourself is revolutionary.

Your growth is revolutionary.

Your existence outside of being reduced to beauty standards is revolutionary.

Your org@sms are revolutionary.

So let people who don’t get it think we’re working on “feeling pretty” and let’s do the work to get you living a full, rich, playful and embodied life. One that has people wondering “what she’s having.” It’s whatever tf she wants with seconds too.
