For those who’ve been following me for quite some time (oh hi, I love you), you know, in another life, I was a personal trainer in a gym and online fitness coach.
I was in the fitness space for about 4-5 years, and while I still create workouts because that’s part of the EmpowerHer Coaching experience—I don’t identify as a fitness coach anymore.
My business has radically shifted and identities slowly faded, especially within the past year and a half year.
As a result, I’ve been revamping my website and removing a lot of old programs to fit what my brand represents today. So with that in mind, I decided I wanted to gift you with one of the programs I released in 2017; it’s an 8 week program to build stronger glutes and a stronger core.

Now, obviously, my views, approaches, and ways of coaching has dramatically changed since. So while the workouts in the program are great and perfect, there are parts in the introduction and nutrition section that are … well, not in alignment with what I teach anymore. So please keep that in mind.
