Trauma Informed Care as a Coach
My goal as a coach is to help you become the expert of you, because in truth…only you know what’s best for you.
While I might be knowledgeable, smart, and have all sorts of wisdom—SO DO YOU. And I want to coach in a way that allows you to really feel, see, and know that for yourself. I want to coach in a way that allows you to trust your own internal compass.
Now, of course, part of the coaching experience involves educating and teaching. So, yes I offer guidelines, share information that’ll allow you to make informed decisions and have more keen awareness, and provide you with tools to add to your self-love arsenal.
But, what I’m not interested in doing is pretending I know what’s best for you. I’m not interested telling you what to do, or giving you the answers, or projecting my opinions on what you should do with your life.
I’m not interested in positioning myself as above you or operating from this hierarchical place.
I’m interested in providing you with tools and practices that allow you to hone your intuition, deepen self-trust, and ultimately lead you to your own brilliant answers.
I’m just here to offer tools, ask the questions, help you illuminate and highlight what’s serving your soul and what’s not, and support your unique process.
If that’s the type of support you’re looking for, if you’re wanting to become the expert of YOU—I’d love to work with you. Head here apply for coaching. We’ll set up a time to chat and see if this is the right for you.

Try this workout if you don’t have to have a lot of time to workout, despite the fitness industry demanding to get an hour in.
Full, bold embodiment is such a rare thing in a culture hell-bent on separating us from our truths.
Shifting your relationship with your body is not about what you say to yourself when you look in the mirror– it’s about all the ways you show up to live your life exactly as you please.
If you are struggling with how you feel in your body and feel like everyone else has moved on– you are not at all alone.
Stretching can make me feel amazing and sometimes I go through the motions because it makes such a difference in how I feel overall.
Better sex, clearer desires, more playfulness, “feel good” exercise habits, ease in relationships to food, these are some of the outcomes people report coming out of my coaching program.
Have you ever seen a woman so strikingly self assured, she isn't afraid to ask for what she wants?
Movement gets to be uniquely yours, and when you come to work with me—we discover what that looks like for you.
