Affirmations to Practice Daily
Affirmations can help you to step in your power.
Here are some affirmations to say out loud daily:
I stand up for myself.
I vocalize when things aren’t okay with me.
I set healthy boundaries, and stand firmly behind them—especially when they’re pushed.
I don’t accept crumbs, and unreciprocated relationships.
I protect my energy and my time because it’s valuable and precious.
I refuse to play into my victimhood.
I take full ownership and responsibility of my life.
I do the work of looking inward, no matter how uncomfortable it gets.
I trust and use my intuition as guidance.
I affirm to myself daily that my worth is not contingent upon anything externally—not a person, not a job, not money, not success, and definitely not my body.
