Affirmations can help you to step in your power.

Here are some affirmations to say out loud daily:

  1. I stand up for myself.

  2. I vocalize when things aren’t okay with me.

  3. I set healthy boundaries, and stand firmly behind them—especially when they’re pushed.

  4. I don’t accept crumbs, and unreciprocated relationships.

  5. I protect my energy and my time because it’s valuable and precious.

  6. I refuse to play into my victimhood.

  7. I take full ownership and responsibility of my life.

  8. I do the work of looking inward, no matter how uncomfortable it gets.

  9. I trust and use my intuition as guidance.

  10. I affirm to myself daily that my worth is not contingent upon anything externally—not a person, not a job, not money, not success, and definitely not my body.
