You Are Your Responsibility
Once upon a time, you were far too young to take care of yourself, and that made you someone elseโs responsibility.
As a small human, you had the power to march into the kitchen, announce your hunger, and someone would be there to tend to your needs.
You demand.
They respond, ready to make whatever your little heart desires.
But today, things are different.
You canโt walk into the kitchen and ask someone to cook for you because frankly, youโre not someone elseโs responsibility anymore.
Youโre adult now, not a child.
No one is coming to take care of you. And to put that expectation on others is completely unfair and, well...immature.
It is ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ job to take care of your needs, and you gotta learn how to tend to those needs, honey.
No more bitching and whining about how you donโt know how to cookโteach yourself. Itโs ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐บ not that hard. Google it. Watch YouTube tutorials. Have fun with it, and take a cooking class.

You donโt need to know how to make a gourmet dish, but being able to cook yourself some basics, like scrambled eggs, is kinda important.
Iโm all for channeling your inner child, but there are aspects to adulting we need to learn to survive and thrive. So learn how to cook yourself some damn food, alright? Alright.
