Intention Without Action is Meaningless

Having a thought about wanting to make change is fantastic—high five! 🖐 You’re ahead of the game, that thought doesn’t even occur to some.

Thoughts, however, aren’t enough to affect real change. As powerful as they are, your intentions are meaningless, without the action necessary to make those changes.

You can say, “I’m done feeling this way. I’m ready to make a change,” all you want, but shit ain’t changing unless you commit to the work...unless you repeatedly show up to the job and execute.

Put those thoughts and words into action, babe.

Where in your life are you craving change? And what’s one action step you can take today to create that change?

👯‍♀️ If you want to meet new people, get out and socialize OR download an app like Bumble or Bumble BFF and start swiping. ⠀

🥦 If you want to focus on building healthier habits, eat a vegetable, drink some water, prioritize your sleep.

💛 If you want to heal your relationship with your body and become a more confident version of yourself, apply for coaching with me :)

Who are you going to show up as? The person who means what they say? Or the person whose just all talk?
