How many times have you tried to squeeze your body into clothing that doesn’t fit and then made it your body’s fault?

It’s time to flip the script, because your body IS NOT the problem.

Clothes should FIT YOU, not the other way around. If you’re clothes aren’t fittingβ€”toss it, donate it, get rid of it. It doesn’t have the right to take up space in your closet anymore.

Enough of this encouragement to keep clothes (even buy clothes) that are far too small as a form of motivation. Latching on to hope that one day you’ll fit into it only reinforces the idea that your body is not okay as it is. This approach enables body dissatisfaction and keeps you at war with yourself.

Bodies are designed to change, and as they do, your wardrobe should change too.

Dress for your body size as it’s existing TODAY, baby girl.
