Disassociate exercise from weight loss, how you want it to make make you look, and the calorie-burning effect. Focus on the way it makes you FEEL. Do you sleep better? Have more energy? Are you less stressed and more relaxed? Is your memory sharper? Do you feel more connected to your body?
đ Make it fun
Exercise can be an enjoyable experience that allows you to feel good in your body and have funâif you let it. If you donât currently like what youâre following, do something else. Itâs far easier to stay consistent when you find pleasure in it. Change it up. Make it exciting. Make it empowering.
